Oberti Sullivan wins an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Fifth Circuit on behalf of a day-rate employee seeking unpaid overtime.    Hewitt v. Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., ___ F.3d ___, 2020 WL 7488207 (5th Cir. Dec. 21, 2020). Opinion here.
